By using RDT Transport you agree to these terms. RDT Transport is provided by Real Data Tech, United Arab Emirates.

The service

RDT Transport shows the location of buses and records pick-ups and drop-offs for schools and companies. Locations come from the driver's phone GPS and can be affected by signal, device settings and network coverage. Arrival times are estimates. RDT Transport supports — but does not replace — the school's or company's own transport and safety procedures.

Accounts

Keep your password private. Organisations are responsible for the accounts they create and for assigning the right people to the right bus. Drivers must not use the phone while driving except as allowed by UAE traffic law; pick-up and drop-off taps should be made when the bus is stopped.

Free plan and subscriptions

New organisations get a free trial for up to 20 students or staff for the trial period shown at sign-up. After the trial, or for more people, a monthly or yearly subscription is needed. Contact support@realdatatech.ae or WhatsApp +971 56 155 2605.

Fair use

Do not misuse the service, including using fake-GPS apps, trying to access other organisations' data, or interfering with the activity log. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Real Data Tech is not liable for indirect losses or for delays or inaccuracies caused by GPS, devices or networks.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
